As a Christian alternative to Yoga, these stretch exercises have been created by Dr. Nancy Selvidge, a Christian chiropractor who is basing the movements on medical knowledge of the joints, muscles and bones.
The exercises can be adapted to fit all fitness levels and through calm, pain-free movements we can increase our physical, spiritual and mental health.
